What exactly is AutoSchm? ▾
AutoSchm is a client-side Minecraft mod that automatically builds a loaded schematic for you. Pick any .litematic or .schem schematic, choose where it goes, and the auto builder places every block from your inventory — layer by layer, in the live world.
Does it only work on DonutSMP? ▾
No. AutoSchm was built on and for DonutSMP, but because it is fully client-side it works on any server that allows you to place blocks from your own inventory — vanilla SMPs, multiplayer survival servers, and Fabric modpacks.
Is AutoSchm allowed on servers? ▾
AutoSchm places blocks using the normal vanilla protocol, from your own inventory, at a configurable speed. Its safe mode throttle is tuned so builds look natural and stay within the rules of survival-friendly servers like DonutSMP. Always check each server's rules first.
What schematic formats does it support? ▾
Both Litematica (.litematic) and .schem / .schematic files from Schematica or WorldEdit, including region files and multi-part builds. NBT tiles and int arrays are handled natively.
Which Minecraft versions work? ▾
Fabric 1.20.1, 1.20.4, 1.20.6 and 1.21.x. Pair it with a matching Litematica build. It also coexists fine with Sodium, Iris, Lithium and the usual performance stack.
Do I need to run a server-side plugin? ▾
Never. There is no server-side component. AutoSchm is 100% client-side, which is exactly why it works on DonutSMP, vanilla servers and modpacks alike — one copy of the jar in your mods folder is the entire install.
How do I install it? ▾
1) Install the Fabric loader for your Minecraft version. 2) Drag autoschm-3.1.0.jar into your mods folder. 3) Launch the Fabric profile. 4) In-game, load a schematic and run /autoschm start. That's it — no forge, no launcher, no config file required.
Is it really free? ▾
