FAQ — the schematic auto builder

Everything about the AutoSchm mod and DonutSMP.

What is AutoSchm? ▼
AutoSchm is a Minecraft schematic mod that automatically builds any loaded Litematica schematic, block by block, inside the game. Load a .litematic, set a start point, and the mod places every block from your inventory while you take a break.
What is the DonutSMP server IP? ▼
play.autoschm.com — Java on port 25565 (1.8–1.21), Bedrock & mobile on port 19132.
Is AutoSchm free? ▼
Yes. AutoSchm is completely free — no paid tier, no serial key, no account. Download it on the download page.
Does AutoSchm work with Litematica schematics? ▼
Yes. AutoSchm reads standard .litematic files as well as .schem files from Schematica and WorldEdit. Any schematic in your library will load.
Which Minecraft versions does AutoSchm support? ▼
Fabric loader for Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.20.4, 1.20.6, and 1.21.x. Forge support is planned.
Is AutoSchm allowed on DonutSMP? ▼
Yes — AutoSchm is the official DonutSMP building mod. It's allowed everywhere, and dedicated build zones give you the fastest block placement rates.
Will AutoSchm get me banned on other servers? ▼
AutoSchm places real blocks that already exist in the schematic, using normal game placement. Some communities restrict schematic printers, so always check a server's rules first.
Do I need a server-side plugin? ▼
No. AutoSchm is 100% client-side — it works on any server, vanilla or modded.
How do I install AutoSchm? ▼
Install the Fabric loader, drop autoschm-1.0.jar into your .minecraft/mods folder, launch the Fabric profile, and load a schematic.
What versions does the DonutSMP server support? ▼
Java 1.8 through 1.21 plus Bedrock crossplay, all on one world with cross-platform chat.
How do I join the DonutSMP Discord? ▼
Use the Discord link from the download and FAQ pages. Find builders sharing schematics, join build events, and report issues to staff.
